Very similar-sounding hardcore bands. The Fiction brings two songs to the mix, with clean instrumentation building to a structured dissonance. The Birthday Boyz contribution, "Basketball", is a strange, ferocious ode to Michael Jordan with a sort of repetitive quality. If you like this genre, these bands are worth checking out. (LW)
