Sinaloa-Footprints on Floorboards
CD waking records 012
taken from Slug and Lettuce
Sinaloa have invented a means of transporting punk kids through time,
musically anyway, back to the early nineties. They bring their
listeners to the east coast circa 1993, for a heavy dose of melodic
punk music ala Native Nod, Spirit Assembly, and Indian Summer. Sinaloa
have deeply personal lyrics about topics ranging from frustration
with our current socio-political situation, losing one's mom to breast
cancer, and the like. All proceeds of this cd are donated to the
Sheila Brody Zetlan Breast Cancer Foundation. Very nice indeed.
